Although it took a long time and I stayed up late, I was finally able to finish all of the dancers and the list of costumes they need. This took a long time to do because I had to continue switching between multiple different sources from Amanda to make sure I was putting the correct information in the right spot. Today I started working on making a list of costumes Amanda needed for all the dancers in Maximum Motion. I also made a list for each dancer on what dances they were in and what the different parts required for each were. Within this time I was only able to organize all of the costumes and dances and begin on making the list for each dancer. Here is the link to the costume list- goo.gl/ZuBjBv.

I am continuing to contact theaters and finding dates they are all available. I am finally able to gather more info about all the different theater because I have now talked to them and was able to get the cost and available dates from almost all of them instead of just one or two of them. I sent all of my collected data to my mentor and we will now go from there. I believe we are going to get ahold of them all and visit the locations and see how we like them and if they will work for us and what we are doing.

Today I worked on contacting different theaters around town to find available dates. I contacted six theaters so far but am still working on researching and finding more near us. I am talking the coordinators of the locations to determine what we will need out of each location. Some of the theaters I was able to talk to, but some I am still waiting for a call or email back.
